BIO

Musical artist Stephon Scott

Introducing Stephon Scott, a remarkable singer and songwriter hailing from the beautiful parish of St. Elizabeth in Jamaica. His versatility is evident as he navigates through dancehall, R&B, and reggae music. Stephon's journey in music began at the tender age of 7 when he sang in his grandmother's church choir. By the age of 13, he had risen to the position of lead tenor in both the youth and senior choirs.

At just 10 years old, Stephon realized his dream of becoming a professional singer and began penning numerous songs. Throughout his musical  journey, he has remained devoted to his passion, drawing inspiration from renowned artists such as Garnet Silk, Buju Banton, Kenny Rogers, and Baby Sham. In 2009, he recorded his debut song, “Sorry,” which explores themes of love and forgiveness. As a romantic and poetic lyricist, he has created many heartfelt lyrics and melodies, patiently awaiting the perfect opportunity to share them with the world. At 29, he began to elevate his music career, focusing on writing and recording more tracks, including a garage song titled "Wine Go Down Slow" in 2010. That same year, he performed at house parties and community shows across the UK.

To date, Stephon has released over 14 singles, including "Mue'velo," "Bad from Morning," "Choppa Pon E Roof  Top," "Fantastic," "You a Di Boss," "Can't Let Go," "Sweet Jamaica," "Free My People," "Set It Good," and "Yes Yuh Body Hot," along with three collaborations featuring "Ghetto Yutes," "Silky Flexx," and "Kaky Pradita." His music, spanning various genres, is available on Spotify and other digital platforms, and he continues to grow his Vevo channel with engaging music videos.

Now signed to NAJ Records in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Stephon is poised to make a significant impact in the music industry with his latest releases, “Set It Good” and “Mue'velo.” He is enthusiastic about participating in stage shows and tours, ready to travel the globe to showcase his talent.

Look forward to more incredible music from this gifted and versatile artist as he embarks on his professional musical journey!
