Stephon Scott is a versatile reggae, dancehall, R&B, and pop singer‑songwriter originally from St. Elizabeth, Jamaica.  Known for his smooth vocals, catchy melodies, and dynamic stage presence, Stephon delivers a modern Caribbean sound that connects with audiences across cultures and generations.  

 

Stephon’s musical journey began at just 9 years old, singing in his grandmother’s church choir. By 13, he had earned the role of lead tenor in both the youth and senior choirs, showcasing the vocal control and confidence that now define his live performances. At 20, he committed to pursuing music professionally, honing his songwriting and storytelling skills while drawing inspiration from icons such as Garnet Silk, Buju Banton, Kenny Rogers, and Baby Cham.  

 

In 2009, Stephon recorded his debut single “Sorry,” a heartfelt track centered on love and forgiveness. Over the years, he continued to refine his craft, writing and recording new material and performing at house parties and community events across the UK. In 2010, he released the garage-influenced “Wine Go Down Slow,” further expanding his sound and audience.

In 2023, Stephon Scott signed with NAJ Records in Calgary, positioning him for the next phase of his professional career. With his recent releases, including “Set It Good,” he is focused on expanding his international presence through live performances, stage shows, and tours.
